hw_Document_BodyTag
Description
string hw_document_bodytag ( int hw_document [, string prefix] )Returns the BODY tag of the document. If the document is an HTML document the BODY tag should be printed before the document.

For backward compatibility, hw_documentbodytag() is also accepted. This is deprecated, however.
